The CLLD (Communication, Language and Literacy Development) programme provides guidance for all those involved in early literacy development, to ensure all children experience best practice in the teaching of early reading and phonics, aligned to the recommendations of the Rose Review. Although some materials are specifically intended for consultants the majority will be of great value to practitioners and consultants alike.
