Every Child a Talker LA launch event
Every Child a Talker is designed to strengthen children's early language development by improving the quality of language provision in early years settings.
Fifty-one local authorities were funded to participate in ECAT and were invited to attend the launch events in September 2008. Each LA was expected to appoint an early language consultant to work intensively with targeted settings.
