They discuss how school networks will work together, to improve learning opportunities and raise standards across the schools and how they can measure success. This three-step planning process supports the development of schools' networks. Step 1 - Planning for participation - is to help the networks decide who they will involve in the planning process to ensure maximum participation. Step 2 - School and network based review - is to help them establish a pupil learning focus and plan effective strategies for learning together. Step 3 - Planning for action - is to help them produce a clear plan for their network activity using the criteria for effective networks. Please note: These materials can only be ordered by LEAs on behalf of schools that are part of an approved Learning Network.
