Mathematics ITP: Place value
Overview
This interactive teaching program (ITP) is an ICT-based tool to support
the exploration of place value. Place value ITP allows the child or
teacher to represent, partition and recombine three-digit numbers. Each
digit can be represented as a group of dots to develop children's
understanding of the significance of different digits. The application
(in a variety of formats) and guidance for using the application (as
PDF or Word file) can be downloaded from this page.
