Overview
Report discussing the proposals in the Green Paper aimed at helping separating parents to make arrangements in the interests of their child. Green Paper sets out the five outcomes that matter for every child, namely, being healthy, staying safe, enjoying and achieving, making a positive contribution and experiencing economic well being. Also lists the next steps in legal position, access to quality information and advice, access to specialist legal advice, mediation, in-court conciliation, family resolutions pilot project, contact centres, helping to ensure that contact arrangements work.
