Overview
Guidance for headteachers, school strategy managers, senior leaders and
subject leaders, which provides a brief summary of progress in the Key
Stage 3 Strategy up to 2004 and sets out the 2004–05 offer. Information
about additional development work is also included. This guide should
be read in conjunction with the Guide for school leaders, which gives
advice for school leaders about how to use the Strategy to support
whole-school improvement and raise standards.
