Download publicationThis publication contains materials designed to assist governor training and for leading a staff training day. The module is designed to last 1 hour 30 minutes, thus allowing it to be used as a twilight training session.
There is a pre-course task, which will help the process of school evaluation; if this cannot be completed before the training session, it will be necessary to extend the time by approximately 20 minutes.
The module offers the opportunity to consider the case study of one of three schools. However, the video and module are structured so that key themes can be tracked across the three case studies, should a school wish to concentrate on any of these in more depth.
