Year 9 revision guides for parents and pupils
The DCSF produces leaflets for Year 9 pupils and their parents on how best to prepare for the Key Stage 3 tests. The 2006 edition parents' leaflet is now available to download from this page.
This leaflet for parents and guardians is available to download. It was designed to help children prepare for the 2006 Year 9 tests and contains:
- useful information about the tests, including dates and format
- guidance on supporting pupils in all three core subjects.
The 2006 GCSE revision calendar includes a blank for students to add their own examination dates, some useful revision guidance and a link to the GCSE website where all the examination dates can be found.
